Three brothers are at the funeral. One lies in the coffin.
Will, Brian and Luke grow up competing for their mother’s unequal love. As men, the competition continues – for status, money, fame, women . . .
They each betray each other, over and over, until one of them is murdered.
But which one?
I was hooked by the very first page from this book and I couldn’t put it down. I felt sorry for all 3 brothers in this book, they have been through their fair share of heartbreak and loss. However William is probably the brother I dislike if I had to choose. He is very confident about himself and some of the things he did to Brian and Luke were unforgiveable. The author really got me engrossed in this book having it split into 3 parts and it follows the story of the 3 brothers in seperate parts and flits between the years of there childhood and adulthood that lead up to the funeral.
Thank you so much to Ellie Hudson from Penguin for sending me a copy of this book.
